Things I'm building with AI agents — some live, some in the workshop.

Keystone

Live demo

Financial fact-finds without the spreadsheet. Keystone replaces an international advisory firm’s 1,800-field Excel fact-find with a schema-driven web app: drag in the old workbook and it imports cleanly, or complete it live on a client call. Encrypted at rest, role-based access per adviser, and a field manifest that survives version changes the spreadsheet never could.

Dispatch

Live

Your marketing hub. Dispatch is an editorial desk run by agents, steered by a human. Dispatch monitors podcasts, news and regulatory sources around the clock, extracts what matters into a knowledge base, and drafts articles, digests and newsletters — all queued behind a review portal, because nothing publishes without a human saying so.

Caspa

Live

A property scout that does the research so I don’t have to. Caspa watches property listings hourly, pulls the numbers, and pings me if there’s anything of interest — market data refreshed constantly, no listing missed.

Launchpad

Live

From brief to deployed website in one command. A spec-driven tool that scaffolds, builds and ships complete sites from tested boilerplates and custom prompts. The spec is the contract: every site it produces behaves the same way, by construction.

Living Context Manager

Live

Documentation that can’t go stale. Instead of hand-written server docs, a pipeline logs into the machines, snapshots what’s actually running, and republishes the reference docs my AI assistants read — so no agent ever acts on last month’s facts.

Schedule an obligation-free call

The best first step is a free 30-minute call. I will ask about your operations, you can ask how I work, and we will both know if it makes sense to go further.
