Do I need to have worked with you before?

No. Many retainers start cold — often off the back of an Audit — but plenty begin with a business that simply wants an experienced pair of hands on AI and automation from the outset.

How much time does a retainer include?

It is sized to you. Some clients want a steady few days a month to keep building; others want a lighter touch for guidance and maintenance. We set the scope on the first call and adjust as your needs change.

Can we mix formats?

Yes. A retainer often includes the odd workshop, and coaching can sit alongside hands-on build time. We shape it around what your business actually needs rather than a fixed package.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Retainers work best over a run of months so the compounding actually happens, but they are not designed to trap you. We agree terms up front and review them openly.
