Kick-starter Projects

A single, well-scoped automation, delivered for a fixed price. We take one process — usually the one quietly costing you the most time — and ship it end to end, built on the tools you already trust wherever possible, with your team trained to run it.

The approach

Connect what you have first. Build custom only when it earns it.

Most processes do not need bespoke software. They need two systems that already exist to start talking to each other reliably. So I reach for automation platforms first — Zapier, n8n, Make, Power Automate — and only write custom code when a process genuinely calls for it. You get something robust and maintainable, not a clever black box only I can touch.

Fixed price means the number we agree is the number you pay. If the work turns out to sit at a smaller level than expected, I tell you — I would rather scope you into the right, cheaper solution than sell you a build you did not need.

    We run it on real cases, including the messy ones, and iron out the edge cases before it touches live work.

    Your team learns the system as it goes live, with documentation to match. It is yours to run — I am there if you want me, not because you are stuck.

What if it needs custom code?

Then I write it. "Connect existing tools first" is a default, not a dogma — when a process genuinely needs bespoke code, it gets bespoke code, still at an agreed price.

Will we be locked into you?

No. Everything is built on platforms you control, documented in plain English, and handed over with training. You can run it, change it, or bring in anyone else. That is the point.

Do you work with our existing subscriptions?

Almost always. I am technology-agnostic and build on the systems you already pay for wherever possible — new software only enters the picture if it clearly solves a problem the current stack cannot.

What about sensitive or regulated data?

Built in from the start — encryption in transit and at rest where it matters, data minimisation, and an approach that respects GDPR and your compliance obligations. If anything needs a compliance sign-off, I flag it before we build.
