How the scores work:
- IMPACT is frequency times pain (or, for new ideas, cheer).
- EFFORT rises with the systems touched, the judgement involved, and how directly a mistake would reach a client.
Together they place each idea in one of four quadrants:
- DO FIRST (top left): high impact for low effort. The obvious openers.
- PLAN PROPERLY (top right): worth doing, but big enough to deserve a real plan.
- QUICK WINS (bottom left): easy but smaller; good confidence-builders.
- LEAVE FOR NOW (bottom right): high effort for modest return. Revisit later.
The build level follows our Level 1–3 test: clear rules in one system point at configuration, cross-system work points at integration platforms, judgement-heavy work points at a supervised custom build. No AI is involved in these scores; they are the same deterministic first pass an Audit starts from, before the human judgement that makes it a plan.
